I am not responsible for any items damaged during transit. I ensure that each item is properly taken care of on my end of shipping and packing. If your items end up damaged or missing upon arrival, please message me so I am aware. While a full refund will NOT be issued, we can make some type of arrangement. Ears are one size. Fit is similar to ears you can find in the parks. If you have any specific fit questions, feel free to message me!

Each item is packed in a box with tissue paper and then shipped in a polymailer. Is your item a gift? Send me a message and I can add a little extra magic for the occasion!

If you want a pair of ears for your upcoming trip and aren't sure if they will make it in time, please send me a message with a heads up on when you will be leaving for your trip. While I can NOT guarantee I will be able to get them to you prior, I will do my best to get them shipped out as soon as I can. While I would love to guarantee every package will be delivered on time, some things are out of my control. I do not offer rush order. I am a one woman operation and work full time as well. If you place an order with me, please check the shipping info prior to checkout. There you will see the approximate delivery date.

As stated above, I do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you have an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to message me so I can make it right! Please triple check your shipping info prior to checkout! if you happen to enter the incorrect address or other info, please message me RIGHT AWAY so I can make any adjustments.

Just as a reminder, all of my ears are handmade and are subject to subtle differences. I am human and nothing is perfect. I take lots of time and pay attention detail when making my ears. Please try to avoid getting ears wet. Most materials used are not weather proof.
