As each item is hand lettered, each item must be handled with love and care. Please handwash any drinkware, clothing, or anything else specified. As with anything handmade, please understand that natural wear and tear may occur. I am not responsible for any damaged items due to improper care. As with any vinyl item, picking at the item will result in the vinyl coming loose or tearing.

Custom and personalized orders

I have no issue fulfilling a custom and personalized order! Due to the nature of the item, I may not be able to accept a return or a refund. Please understand that with each custom and personalized order, the shipping times may be longer than listed, based on the size of the order, the order materials, and other orders that I may have to fulfill. If you have more than a few items that need to be customized, please message me first to see if you can get your items on time. I try my best to fulfil orders, but I also work a job where I am subject to being on call, and may not be able to fulfill large orders within 3-5 business days.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Currently, I do not gift wrap any items. I try my best to secure each package with love and care, so that it gets to you safely and sweetly. If you would like the invoice and pricing to not be included in the package, click the gift option, or shoot me a message. Each item is sent with bubble wrap, paper/packing peanuts and high quality boxes.

Can I send you a photo from pinterest/online of someone else's work for you to make?

I love doing custom work, but I will not copy anyone's work. I may do something similar, but my calligraphy is unique to me, as well as my small doodles/drawings. I may be inspired to make something you will love, but I will not copy anyone's work. I believe in community instead of competition, if you feel the one you found on pinterest is best, I recommend buying from that shop!

Wholesale availability

Unfortunately, I do not offer wholesale items at this time.

The ship times are an estimate, and may not be exact. Depending on how many orders I have in queue, your order may be shipped immediately or on the 5th business day. Larger orders may take longer, but I will try my best. If you need a package sooner, ask and I will do expedited shipping, for an extra cost. If you are concerned about when a package will arrive, just shoot me a message.

Are your items available in a shop?

Currently, I do not have any items that are available in any shop. I also try to do 3-5 shows in the OKC metro area. Dates are listed on my social media pages. I have no problem making certain items, or even custom items, if you are willing to travel to pick up the item. However, if items are not picked up, traditional purchasing online with shipping will be required.

Do your signs have hanging capabilities?

Unless the hanging capabilities are shown in photographs, or mentioned specifically, all signs do not come with hanging capabilities. This is especially true for my natural bark edged signs. You are welcome to add your own hanging hardware to the back of the signs. I am starting to sell shelf sitters, so that they can be displayed. Otherwise, these signs look great against a wall or shelf, propped up.
