Customs duties for orders to the USA

The store covers all customs duties for importing goods into the USA. Duties are included in the product and shipping price. You will not have to pay anything extra.

• Steam the dress before your wedding to remove wrinkles. • Do not iron, as heat may damage delicate fabrics and embellishments. • Dry clean only. Choose a cleaner experienced with wedding gowns. • Do not tumble dry. • Do not bleach. • Handmade beads and other embellishments may fade or become damaged during cleaning. Avoid cleaning these areas or do so at your own risk. • Store the dress in a cool, dry place, preferably in a garment bag or storage box.

Follow-Up After Ordering

Once you place your order, we will send you a form and illustrated instructions on how to take your measurements. Please note that when ordering a dress at a tailor’s shop, at least two fittings are required to achieve the best result; however, since you are ordering online, we will complete your order without any fittings.
