How do I download my digital file?

Sign in to Etsy on a desktop browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) Not the Etsy app, which doesn't support digital downloads. Go to Purchases & Reviews: etsy.com/yourpurchases and select Download Files next to your order.

How do I download on my iPad?

To download the file you purchased, please click the "Download" button on the right side of the page. When you download a file in Safari, the download appears in the Downloads tab in the upper right corner. Click Download and the file will open in your Files app.

Why do you not accept refunds/exchanges?

Because our products are instant digital downloads, we're unable to offer refunds once a file has been accessed. If something isn't right, please message us and we're always happy to help fix an issue.
