For custom-made orders, the processing time may take up to 2-4 weeks, and for the rest, it may take a week or two for the processing time just to create an exceptional product just for you and your loved ones.

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Please review the shipping information provided in each listing. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The shop is not responsible for any customs or taxes.

3. Returns and Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 24 hours of the delivery request, and if the order is shipped within a week of the request, contact us within this period to initiate the process. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we don't provide return shipping labels.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos within 24 days of delivery. We'll replace the item and redo it for you.
