I only look at these notes when creating an order and this will not guarantee you will receive your order in time. PLEASE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY AND I WILL LET YOU KNOW IF YOUR DATE IS POSSIBLE. I am not the United States Postal Service or in charge of weather and road conditions therefore I CAN NOT guarantee a specific delivery date. I can guarantee that your item will ship by a specific date but once USPS has possession of your order I have absolutely NO CONTROL of when they will deliver it. If you are in a rush chose PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS, this is the ONLY one with guaranteed delivery by a specific date.
