WILD & SOFT is a merino wool with wild silk from Gepard Garn
Content: 60% Merino Wool, 40% Tussah Silk (Wild Silk)
Yarn Group: Fingering / Sock
Weight/yardage: 1.8 oz (50 g) = approx 273 yds (250 m)
Recommended needle size: US 1-4 / 2.50-3.50 mm
Gauge: 4" x 4" / 10 x 10 cm = 26-28 sts x 34x38 rows
Hand Wash, cold max 25°C / 77F. Dry Flat
The work to develop this yarn has taken quite a few tries, as our demands have been towering. The result is an incredibly elastic and light yarn that keeps its shape beautifully - even after washing - even though it contains as much as 40% silk.
Wild & Soft has a beautiful shine and soft touch of both wool and silk. A yarn for those who want a soft yarn for summer and winter, but also a light and durable finished work.
Yarn consumption: 5-8 skeins for a women's blouse for size 38-40 on needles 3 mm and 1-2 skeins for a baby blouse size 6 months on needles 3 mm.

lovely yarn for my knitting
