What should I do if my poster or print arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with the printing, please don’t hesitate to contact me right away! I'll gladly refund or replace your items! If you send some photos of the problem as well that's super helpful!

Image Quality Disclaimer

I often use scanned, vintage images that are less crisp and clear than today's photos, especially in larger sizes. I spend a lot of time minimizing this, especially to reduce any pixelation, but please be aware that parts of the artwork can be more 'blurry' than modern photos. Note that this is also part of the vintage/retro aesthetic that I strive for and I sometimes also add additional grain and dust effects to enhance the overall retro effect.

What if I enter the wrong shipping address by mistake?

Please message me immediately! I can often correct it in time if I am notified within 12 hours. However, if you wrote the wrong or invalid address, and the package was returned to the manufacturer I work with, I cannot send it back. So please double-check your address during checkout.

I have a 30-day cooling-off period during which you can return the physical products for a full refund. Note, however, that it has to be returned to the business address in Norway and you have to cover the shipping costs for that. The address is: Taudalpoi AS, Guldberglia 11A, 0375, Oslo, Norway Please bear in mind that, depending on where you're located, costs for international shipments to Norway might be considerable. Feel free to reach out before buying if you have questions. Of course, if there is an issue with the order or the products are damaged, I will also refund or issue a new one. Please contact me with pictures in that case.
