Unfortunately, the Buyer doesn't reply on messages to clarify the order. Additionally, Buyer states, "We are seeing options in the answer section, Which is inconvenient to practice.". Firstly, we are selling this PDF without answers, which is clearly categorized in our Shop. Secondly, the item was supposed to be for 1 person, not a number of people. This is not correct the Buyer shared this item with others. Thirdly, Buyer is complaining for one of the best selling items, which has been available on the market for a long time. It speaks for itself. Next, the Buyer just set up an account to leave a negative partially fake review and request a refund. It's not fair, and we're very sad to see a first bad review in our Etsy store.
