Butterfly Size:
~3.5" tall, ~4.5" wide and 1.5" thick so it stands alone perfectly.

It is all in the details and these Autumn Inspired Butterflies were no exception.
I used a warm brown to stain both sides of the wood and chose beautiful and sophisticated Retired Autumn/Harvest inspired patterned papers*** to decoupage them.
To be unique and original, I added sparkle and elegance to this simple but yet understated butterfly wood design by embossing the body of the Butterfly.
The perimeter of the each Butterfly has been inked to give the distressed/farmhouse/aged/rustic look.
I just love, the way these elegant Autumn Butterflies turned out!

The wood may show wood grains and or knots which makes it perfectly imperfect.

***I work off my personal extensive collection of designer papers, many of which are current and even more are from retired designer paper lines.
I like to create unique and, most of the time, one of a kind designs.
My designs are never random, as I strategically select my papers and take extra measures for paper placement to ensure the result is unique and elegant.
It is not atypical that my creations have been decoupaged with an assortment of papers from a variety of collections; old/retired and new.
My style tends to be non-traditional as I aim to achieve more of a timeless look while I incorporate colors of the season that I'm designing for.
If one of my designs is sold out and you are interested in it, please reach out. Based on the availability of the material that I have at hand, I will try to "replicate", as I will most likely not be able to "duplicate" it, to the best of my ability :)
