Shop altered the pants to fit my petite size. The waist is a bit loose, I got a small. They’re very comfortable and love the pockets.

Five star for customer service, about three stars for the actual purchase. First purchase was a customization, and with two notes of making sure the custom sizing request was doable and very polite response messages assuring me the adjustments had been made, pants came completely unaltered. Contacted the company, very nice and very accommodating, and offered to send me another pair altered to my original request free of charge. Received the other pair today - altered a little but not to my specific request. Still too long. So, really excellent people and will go above and beyond to ensure you're satisfied, but the actual purchase wasn't worth the money for me. If you need these pants customized, I'd recommend against purchasing. If you don't, they're a great company and I'm sure the pants are really lovely!
