Where is the product shipped from?

All orders are sent from Turkey. We have our own atelier in here and also we have showroom in Turkey. Refunds also should be sent back to Turkey. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs and the customs tax we will pay here when they make the return or exchange. Since we provide free express fast shipping guarantee, in the case of returns and exchanges, the shipping costs incurred during the first shipment belong to the buyer and will be requested. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. Please note that these will be deduct when making a refund. We are working with express shipping firms which is FedEx, TNT, DHL. Mostly orders are delivering within 2-5 days.
