The customer service was excellent and the shipping was very fast, but this dress is not very high quality. It is as described and as pictured, but the fabric is quite thin and slightly scratchy, and the arm holes are so small that they don't make sense. I am consistently a small/medium and the rest of the dress fits me, but i'll have to do some tailoring to make the arms fit, which is not usually an issue with a sleeveless dress.
