Stained glass art contains lead, unless stated otherwise. It’s perfectly safe to be kept in your home, but should be placed out of reach of children and pets. You should wash your hands after handling the piece, but unless you are touching it constantly or putting it in your mouth, you are absolutely safe :)

I suggest hanging your piece with a cup hook screw, a screw eye or picture hooks. I strongly advise against using suction cups as they are known to fall, even with the lightest, tiniest pieces hanging on them.

Solder oxidizes over time; this is normal, and can be gently cleaned with a dry microfiber cloth. If you think your piece needs a little more cleaning, please avoid harsh chemicals and household cleaners, as they will likely damage the art.

If you live near Flagstaff and would like to pick up your order in person, please still fill out an appropriate shipping address in case we cannot coordinate a pickup time or a conflict arises. After placing your order please email info@goldenrayglass.com within 24 hours to notify me that you would like to pick up your stained glass. If shipping has already been paid, it will be refunded upon pickup.

Golden Ray Glass is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. All items over $100 will be insured at their full price with the shipping carrier. If your package was damaged in transit please send photos of the item and all packaging within in 24 hours of receiving the order. If your package has sustained clear damage to the box it arrived in, please take photos of the box before you open it. I will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and we can discuss possible repair or replacement. Replacements or repairs on items damaged in transit, and any related shipping charges related to replacements or repairs, are the financial responsibility of the customer.

I do not accept any returns or exchanges. As such, please read all applicable policies and product details before making a purchase. I am more than happy to answer any product questions.

You may cancel your order if you reach out to me before your order has shipped. My processing time is 1-5 business days, and you can email info@goldenrayglass.com any time before you receive a shipping notification to cancel. Once your package has been given to the carrier, it is no longer possible for the order to be cancelled.

Orders will be shipped after a processing time of 1-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email upon purchase and a shipping notification once I send your order out after processing time. I ship all orders within the US via USPS. Shipping times will vary based on rate, speed, and season. Please keep in mind USPS tends to slow down around the winter holidays.
