Production and delivery times

🔸 All furniture in our store is handmade. We create each item by hand after you make a purchase. Therefore, the lead time for each order is from 1 to 3 weeks. 🔸 International shipping usually takes 3-5 weeks. Sometimes parcels can get stuck at customs or in the sorting center and not update their status for 1-2 weeks, don't worry, this is normal. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up the work of postal and customs services in any way, so we just have to wait :)

If the package is damaged or lost

🔸 Our old Etsy store had about 1,000 sales. And I can say that in our experience - postal services have never lost a package. Just a couple of times the parcels were lost, but after 150 days they still reached the buyers! 🔸 In any case, if the parcel is not delivered to you after 2 months from the date of sending, write me about it in the message and I will make you a refund without any problems. 🔸 Our doll furniture is quite fragile, so we try to pack the packages as safely as possible. But, unfortunately, sometimes in the process of international delivery, some parts may break. Don't worry, write me about it in a message with a photo of the broken part. We will issue you a refund or send you a new product.

About sales to Germany

🔸 Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship our packages to Germany due to their disposal fee law. We are not registered in the LUCID system. It is quite difficult for small local sellers from many countries to understand the German bureaucracy, and German fines are too huge. That's why we had to charge such a high price for sending our packages to Germany to stop our customers from buying. I hope in the near future we will solve this problem and be able to please our dear customers from Germany with our furniture.

🎄 About Christmas and other holidays 🎁

🔸If you would like to receive your order for any holiday, please place your order no later than 2 months before that holiday. All furniture in our store is made by hand, it takes time. In addition, parcels sometimes get stuck at customs or in sorting centers for a long time. In November-December, due to Black Friday and Christmas sales, customs and postal services are overloaded and work even more slowly than usual. Therefore, I repeat once again - please place orders 2 months before the holiday.

International shipping cost

🔸 We set the cost of international delivery in accordance with the prices for Turkish Post services. The minimum shipping cost to most countries is $23. Each additional item in the cart adds only $7 to the shipping cost. Therefore, it is more profitable for you to buy several items at once.

Custom and personalized orders

🔸 We accept custom orders. We are ready to bring your ideas to life! Maybe not all ideas, but we will do our best. You can send reference pictures with the furniture you need in a message and we will try to help you!
