The item arrived very late. Completely outside of the deadline. When I spoke to the owner they had excuses on why I received delayed responses. The item finally arrived and the quality was not what I expected according to the ad. It was expected to be very soft and it wasn’t more than something I could have bought anywhere. There was nothing special about the robe. Unfortunately this was a terrible experience all around.
