This listing is for custom-sprayed edges of the book Circe by Madeline Miller. I do not own the content of the book; I just spray the edges.

In the house of Helios, god of the sun and mightiest of the Titans, a daughter is born. But Circe is a strange child -- not powerful, like her father, nor viciously alluring like her mother. Turning to the world of mortals for companionship, she discovers that she does possess power -- the power of witchcraft, which can transform rivals into monsters and menace the gods themselves.

Threatened, Zeus banishes her to a deserted island, where she hones her occult craft, tames wild beasts and crosses paths with many of the most famous figures in all of mythology, including the Minotaur, Daedalus and his doomed son Icarus, the murderous Medea, and, of course, wily Odysseus.

But there is danger, too, for a woman who stands alone, and Circe unwittingly draws the wrath of both men and gods, ultimately finding herself pitted against one of the most terrifying and vengeful of the Olympians. To protect what she loves most, Circe must summon all her strength and choose, once and for all, whether she belongs with the gods she is born from, or the mortals she has come to love.

With unforgettably vivid characters, mesmerizing language, and page-turning suspense, Circe is a triumph of storytelling, an intoxicating epic of family rivalry, palace intrigue, love and loss, as well as a celebration of indomitable female strength in a man's world.

All books and book sets are made to order. Typically, it will ship out within 1-2 weeks, but I will strive to ship out your book earlier if possible. If purchasing multiple books or sets together, your order will ship when the last book design has been completed.

Each copy is airbrushed and stenciled by hand; due to this, the design may vary, and there may be slight imperfections such as minor paint bleeding. This adds to the unique and personalized quality of each item. Colors may differ slightly from the picture. I also go through each page and separate them, but you may come across one or two that have been missed.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Even though I do buy the books new (from various sites), they may have shelf wear and other minor imperfections. But I will not send anything that has more than these imperfections, and even though I package my books very well, I am not responsible for any damage that happens in transit. I am unable to do anything about the display box if it is damaged during shipping. Thank you for understanding.

!!!PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING!!!!
Please order only if you are ok with how long the processing time is (1-2 weeks at the moment). I am only 1 person, and I do get quite a few orders per week, so sometimes I will not get started on your order for a few days, but I do order the books for your order within hours of receiving it. I will not give refunds or accept cancellations after 24 hours, as stated in my store policies. If you have any questions, feel free to message me, and I'll answer as soon as possible!

!!!Please read before ordering the Send Your Own option!!!
If you select “Buyer (YouSendBook)”, you are paying for the spraying service only and are agreeing to send us your book to be sprayed. You are responsible for shipping your book to us, at your own expense, after this listing is purchased. I will provide the ship-to address in a message to you after purchase, and you will be responsible for shipping out within 72 hours of purchase; otherwise, your order will be cancelled, due to the shipping deadlines Etsy puts on sellers. Selecting this option will cover the cost of spraying your edges - the cost of shipping your book TO me is not included.

Please note: I try to be as eco-friendly as possible with my business. As such, you may get your books delivered in less-than-pristine-looking boxes (Amazon boxes mostly), but I make sure that the books inside are packed nicely and securely before shipping. I also recycle boxes and paper for "packing peanuts". Thanks for your understanding!
