I aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Orders are sent Royal Mail 2nd class post.
(First class postage or next day delivery is available but please email first before making your order just in case I am out of the studio- UK customers only) An additional invoice for postage will be raised.
Package insurance and tracking does not come as standard. If you wish for insurance or tracking to be added then please message me before making a purchase, as there will be an additional charge for this.

I am based in The UK, for overseas orders the customer is responsible for any customs charges or national or local taxes. These are sent uninsured, standard mail.
Personalised orders and larger orders are made to order and so may take up to two weeks for dispatch.

Standard international postage is ESTIMATED to be delivered between 5-7 working days after day of shipping

Please ensure you have entered the correct address during checkout.

Postage cost includes both post and packaging.

Order lost in the post?
I ensure I post your order on the same day as I inform you it is dispatched.
UK BASED ORDERS:-
Orders posted 1st Class have a due date of the next working day after posting and are not considered lost until 10 working days after due date.
Orders posted 2nd Class have a due date of 3 working days after posting and are not consider lost until 10 working days after due date.
If you think your order may be lost in the post, please first check that no-one has taken it in on your behalf then send me a message to inform me.
If your item has been lost in the post I will make a claim/ investigation with Royal Mail and I will discuss with you if you would like a refund/ replacement.
