Every pair is handmade in Greece using centuries old techniques.
Our natural tanned leather ages beautifully with time and use. The more you use it the better it will look and feel. The unique texture, the thikness and natural imperfections from cow's life that may appear on the leather are signs that you are getting the best quality leather.

These sandals are made by using chemical-free natural tan Greek leather and they are durable to last for many years.

You should measure the insole length of a sandal of yours with a measuring tape and compare with the above measurements to choose your size.

PRODUCTION TIME & SHIPPING

• All items are handmade to-order.
• Production time is 1-6 business days.
• We ship all orders via DHL Express Worldwide or FEDEX.
• Shipping time is 1-2 days in the EU, and 2-4 days internationally.
• Your phone number is required by DHL so 🙏PLEASE🙏 don't forget to add it at your order notes!

REFUNDS

The most important thing for us is you to be satisfied from what you get. Please let me know if for any kind of reason you're dissatisfied and I will try my best for you!

You have to contact us BEFORE you return your item please!
If you are not happy and/or change your mind I will accept returns, and provide a refund, if the item is returned unworn, in its original condition.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and she/he will be charged for the shipping fees we paid to send the sandals (for Europe 19€, for UK, USA, NON EU 26€)

If you have to ship the item back to us, please use registered regular mail, not courier service.

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt of your item.

Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

EXCHANGES

If there is a problem with your sandals (e.g. wrong size), I will gladly exchange your purchase as long as you contact me within 14 days after you have received the item. The sandals must be in their original condition and unworn.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for BOTH shipping costs. Shipping cost for the new item is for Europe 19€, for UK, USA, NON EU 26€.
