We offer most sizes newborn through 3xlg and can probably get what we don't carry on hand. If you require a size that we don't normally carry please send a message with the sizing details. We can usually order different/larger sizes. Our hoodies are unisex unless specified in the listing as form fitting . So ladies may want to order 1 size smaller to have the form fitting style. All shirt measurements are taken with the shirt lying face down. The height is taken from the top of the neckline to the lower stitch in the bottom hem. The width is taken from the armpit seam to the other armpit seam. Please measure a shirt that fits as desired , then compare to the size chart. Please feel free to contact us with any sizing questions.

How do I care for my custom apparel?

To maintain your custom apparel please follow these care instructions. This is NOT iron on vinyl. It is commercial grade HTV, applied with a commercial grade heat press. If these care instructions are followed your custom apparel will last fo years to come. * wash your personalized item in cold water on delicate inside out, without bleach or fabric softener. * dry as normal but remove promptly. *Do not iron over the custom design. *If it needs ironing flip it inside out and iron on low. * DO NOT DRY CLEAN.

What kind of underwear do you use for the couples sets or custom boxer briefs and panties?

We use high quality, comfortable fabrics for ALL of our underwear. Our boxer briefs and panties are chosen for their soft feel and great fit. Please refer to individual listing for size guides for a perfect fit.

Returns and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. There are many instances in which we make and ship the order the same day that it is received. Any changes made to your order after it has been placed cannot be guaranteed.Please message us to discuss any changes that you would like to make.NON PERSONALIZED/ CUSTOMIZED ITEMS can be returned IF you contact us within 3 days and ship back within 7 days (buyer pays return postage) in original/unused, unwashed and unworn condition.PERSONALIZED/CUSTOMIZED ITEMS are made just for you to your preference and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we make a mistake made on our end we will gladly exchange it for corrected version.We would need to be contacted within 3 days of your your reciept.

Does SouthernHearth offer rush order and shipping

Absolutley! We understand how hectic life can get. If you need your custom apparel and need to have it sooner than our current turn around time ( posted in shop announcement) you will see a rush order option at check out. Just click on that. There is a small fee for having your order bumped in front of all of the other orders, and of course the shipping will have to upgrade so therre will be a fee for that also. Once you complete your purchase we will be notified of the rush order status and will begin processing your custom order. Your order should ship within 48 hours from purchase. Please do not send messages with a date that you need the product by. We process the orders as they come in and cannot guaranutee that the message checked.

When will my item ship

Our current turn around time from order to shipment is posted in our shop announcement. Each item at SouthernHearth Customs is handmade to order. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We do have rush shipping options if you need your item before our posted turn around time. In compliance with our shop policies we are unable refund shipping or rush order fees due late delivery or missing packages. Once the carrier receives your order we do not have direct control over ship times. However, I am always happy to help you track it

How do I care for my custom epoxy resin tumbler?

To ensure that your tumbler lasts for years please hand-wash only. The epoxy resin can melt at high temperatures . They are not dishwasher or microwave safe and should not be soaked or left in extreme heat ( like a hot car). While our FDA compliant epoxy resin is very durable , it can crack if dropped on a hard surface, so please handle with care.

How do I care for my sublimation tumbler?

Sublimation tumblers are not dishwasher safe as the high temperatures can reactivate the ink causing it to run or fade over time. hand washing will keep it looking new for years to come. These tumblers are metal so they are NOT microwave safe.
