In case you want to personalize / engrave your toy, just let me know in the note to seller, or choose Personalization option in the listing. In case you want custom design of a toy - please contact me via Etsy Convo and I am sure I will be able to help you.

All relevant information about measurements, size, weight is inside listing description. Please contact me if you want toy to be smaller or bigger.

Order Production Time

The time I need to prepare you order for shipping is 3-5 business days. I always try to shorten this time, in order to send your order as soon as possible. Please contact me if your order is urgent and I will try to send it as soon as I can.

I usually ship all my orders via standard post services. Please check ETA for each country in shop policies above. I am not responsible for orders that are being delayed due to some force major circumstances, like postal strikes of local post offices. I encourage you double check your spelling on order details, cause I am not responsible for mistakes customers provide in order details, like addresses, engraving texts or gift message texts. Please also note, that postage fees are non refundable unless it's due to an error on my part. I am also not refunding shipping fees for orders that being refused by customers.

In case you need your order urgently, then my shop offers expedited shipping option. You can choose it as shipping upgrade option BEFORE check out of your cart. You will receive your order within 3-4 days. Please provide your cell phone number, so I can arrange smooth delivery of your order.

Damaged or Lost Orders

In case your order came damaged or is lost in the mail, please contact me as soon as possible. Please send me a picture of damaged item, so I can evaluate the damage level. I am taking full responsibility, and will refund you or send a new product in case it is damaged or lost.

Please note, in case your order is personalized or customized, it can't be returned, unless it came damaged. If you ordered standard item (not personalized) then it can be returned or exchanged. Please note customers are responsible for all additional shipping fees for return / exchange orders. I will make a refund as soon as item reach me in good (undamaged, original) condition.

This is the set of separate boxes, that should be inserted in the drawer to organize items inside of it. This storage tray works perfectly as a kitchen drawer insert to sort all kinds of tools, spoons, forks, knives, cutlery in smaller and bigger sizes, and other things. Because the boxes are not glued together / made of one piece of wood, they can be separately removed in case you need to bring some eating tools to the dining table, and later bring them back. Also, as everything in your house - they will need cleaning at some point, so it will be easier to clean the boxes separately.

The boxes are made of a natural 4-centimeter thickness ashwood block and are very sturdy and long-lasting if you treat them well. The wood used is ecological and FSC certified. The boxes can be moved by your order, examples are visible in the photos. We offer 2 colors to match your kitchen the best, and you can also mix the color of the boxes,
