SHIPPING! Our dog ear covers, wraps, snoods are already made and ready to ship and during the week we ship around 12:00 p.m. each day. Our dog snoods are shipped USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. The processing time for shipping is 1-2 days. The estimated delivery date depends on your location, but most packages arrive within 1 to 5 days of purchase.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: I will assist each customer individually. Contact Seller within 7 days of delivery. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
