The item arrived the day after I had requested on order. We were leaving out of town for bridal shower and we did not get on time so were unable to use.

Response from Jessica

Hi Sylvia, We are so sorry your package was delivered late! We were not aware that this had happened—we could have overnighted a new package to a new address had we known. We are processing a refund for your order now. Please let us know if there’s anything more we can do, and again, we are sincerely sorry that your bags were not delivered in time!
