All of our products are made using Eco-Friendly PLA (Starch based Plastic). With this material, please follow care instructions:
-Wash with cool water ONLY
-Do Not Dishwash
-Do not expose to direct sunlight for extended periods of time
-Do not expose directly to open flame.

*All PLA products have a melting temp of just over 50c*

Just like any item, 3D printed items do have defects. These defects can range from minor things like the seam, which is where the print head starts and stops to create layer after layer. This can sometimes appear as small lines scattered across the surface of your part. We take care to hide this as well as we can. Other defects can be colour imperfections. Unlike injection moulding our parts are layed down over a long time using rolls of filament. On larger pieces, this can cause slight colour shifts over the print. This is normally very rare, but can occur. If this is a problem for you, feel free to contact us for an exchange or refund as per our policy.

Depending on who is 3d printing the product you can have really dense pieces or really hollow pieces, here at FILAVINO we use minimum of 40% density on the infill of our products to create dense long lasting pieces that you can have with you for a long time. We avoid making things that have thin small features that break easily.
