When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are typically sent out on Tuesdays and Fridays. Holidays and sick days and leave time may affect these dates. Reach out if you would like to know when your order will ship. Check our shop announcement section for updates about when we are away from the shop. Please note that for any order containing glass eyes, your eyes are made to order and ship on Fridays. If you need an order sooner, please message us ahead of time and we can discuss expediting your order if needed.

Shipping Items Together

If you have ordered multiple items through separate check out transactions, these orders will be shipped separately by default. If you would like them to be shipped together, please reach out to us through Etsy messages and we can package items together and refund additional / extra shipping!

Shipping and Item Insurance

Please note that all items equal to or over 200$ in value will require a signature upon delivery. This is to ensure that your item is not stolen from your doorstep or destroyed by weather upon delivery. Customers must contact me to opt-out of this and must understand that I will not provide full item refunds if the item is damaged or stolen if they choose NOT to require a signature. Items can be signed for by anyone at the address. A notice will be posted and the package will return to the post office for customer pickup if no one is available. You can manage your package delivery time / date by using your tracking number through USPS's website.

Refunds for items under $200: Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped. All but the shipping cost will be refunded. For items lost in the mail, the same conditions apply. Items over $200: A restocking fee of $25 will be withheld from the refund as well as the cost of shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the payment and shipping address is correct at checkout. Refunds and replacements are only given within 30 days of delivery. Contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order. *** Refunds are NOT GUARENTEED and will be given on a case-by-case basis depending on the item and its value.***

Refunds for International Orders

Please note that, due to the high cost of shipping and import fees, we can only offer refunds and not replacements for items that are damaged or missing that are shipped to addresses outside of the USA. Please keep in mind that you may not be refunded the cost of shipping for your order.

Can you Ship Taxidermy Internationally?

NO. We do not currently ship taxidermy outside of the USA. If you place an order that cannot be shipped, your order will be cancelled.

Unless explicitly agreed upon in the commission listing, I reserve the right to use any and all designs rendered or made by me, including photos of works to promote and / or advertise my work. This includes but is not limited to eyes designed by me as well as photos of customer mounts or projects.

What Does Ethically Sourced Mean?

All of the animals I work on and any parts from them come from hunters, trappers, or farmers who... 1. Are respectful to the animals they handle. 2. Do not inflict unnecessary suffering of any kind. 3. (For those raised in captivity) house and take care for their animals properly. Providing proper and legally required nutrition, space, veterinary care, and even enrichment. 4. Minimize waste as much as possible so that the animal did not die needlessly. 5. Have the proper licenses to handle, hunt, or harvest these animals as well as follow all applicable animal welfare laws. 6. No animal products originate from countries that lack animal welfare laws. 7. All baby animals are natural deaths and or failed to thrive.

Additional Ethically Sourced Info.

When I use the term "ethically sourced," I make it a priority to clearly explain what that means in the context of our products. To me, ethically sourced means that the materials we use come from animals acquired through legal, respectful, and responsible means; this includes hunting, trapping, farming, as well as animals that have died from natural causes or road accidents. I understand that "ethically sourced" can mean different things to different people. That’s why I believe in being as transparent as possible. I want people to make informed decisions based on their own beliefs and values, rather than assumptions. Ultimately, I want you to feel good about what you’re buying; because you made the choice that feels right for you.

I want to know more about the sourcing and origin of a specific piece before buying, where can I find this?

Our taxidermy has additional info pertaining to each unique piece in the description, such as if it naturally passed, was wild, or was captive raised. If you have questions or concerns regarding where a specific product originated or was sourced, please contact us!

Squirrel change-out head form made from handmade polyurethane. This head was originally cast off a real squirrel's head with the clay details added by hand. This original sculpture was then cast in polyurethane to be used for taxidermy, crafts, and more! Perfect for jackalopes and soft mount taxidermy! Can even be used for faux taxidermy and art doll projects!

Heads are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days to create your forms.

Forms may require a light bit of sanding as well as prep work before mounting to achieve a perfect fit. Modify as needed!
