DIY .8mm and .5mm PVC Dye Sublimation Costume Eye Mesh

Hey there DIY pro! Are you looking to make your own unique eye mesh? You are in the right place.

Heavy duty and waterproof! If you make a mistake, just wash it off and start over.

Handpaint or use with dye sublimation!

If you are painting, use a white spray primer or white acrylic paint as a base coat to really help your paint stick. Seal your mesh with a matte, clear sealant spray, like clear spray paint to waterproof it! We like to use foam brushes to dab on thin layers of paint and paper templates to keep the eyes symmetrical. Paint clogging up your holes? Use a can of pressurized air to blow the paint out of the holes while wet, or a needle to poke them out if they’re already dry.

To ensure the best vision, either select from our available dropdown menu for us to sublimate one side of your mesh black or paint it black yourself. The color black absorbs light while white reflects light. Having the side of the mesh that you look through inside your head colored black helps extra light be absorbed rather than be reflected back into your eyes, and vision improves immensely!

•Best for detailed prints! The smaller holes allow for more tiny details.
