Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order.

An adult signature will be required at the time of delivery for purchases of $500 and above.

High value packages ship with full insuranceand tracking.

International Shipping

For domestic orders: if your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee.

For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks.

Insurance claims are time sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.

Layaway

All layaway orders are subject to the following:

• A non-refundable deposit of 35%
• The customer is obligated to track payment progress

• Full payment is required before items are shipped

• Plans showing no payment progress within 6 months are subject to forfeit and items will be taken off hold

I absolutely love my earrings! They are well crafted and more than I imagined. My husband really liked them too, which was important since they are my Mother’s Day gift. We got the package the morning after the delivery date. But, tracking indicated they were in our city. Just too late to process and get put on our mail carriers truck. Definitely not something the seller had any control over. I recommend this shop plan on shopping there again.
