How long will it take to receive my order?

All of my listings are made to order, unless specified ‘ready to ship’. Most orders take 1-3 business days to make, and shipping usually takes 2-5 days. I ship all items through the United States postal service. Priority shipping can be added along with your order, but please understand the post office doesn’t guarantee priority shipping times.

Refunds cannot be given for personalized items.

What if my package shows delivered, but I did not received it?

This can happen from time to time. Please contact your local post office asap, or ask your mail person about the package. Packages are often mis-delivered to the neighbor’s and the sooner you ask the po about it, the better. I cannot be held responsible for the post office mis- delivering or delivering late. Once the package leaves my hands, it’s out of my control.

Cancellations are accepted within the first 24 hours of ordering. An exception after 24hrs, would only be if I haven’t started your order yet. Please contact me asap!

Can I request different colors or styles of party items?

Absolutely! I love custom work and am very happy to work with customers to help them get exactly what they are looking for. If I’m unable to honor a request, I’ll let you know ;)

Needed a bigger size and the seller sent me another one once I returned the shirt that was too small! 18 month was really short ended up going with 2T for my sons 1st birthday.
