Q: How long does it take to receive my order ?

Order before 2:00PM(Eastern Time) we can ship out order the same day; Order after 2:00PM(Eastern Time) we can ship out order the next business day.Basically 1-4 days shipping.

Can I return and get a full refund if I change my mind once receive my order?

Sorry, we don't accept any returns or exchanges according to our polciy if we ship the correct item you ordered. But no worries, please feel free to send us a message for any questions.

Q: What should I do if I received broken item?

No worries. 1.Please contact us and send us pictures or videos of the damaged items and boxes within 5 days. 2. We will deliver the replacement part within 3 days to you at no charge after receiving photographs or videos of the damaged items. 3.The pictures should be authentic ,clear and easily identifiable. If we do not receive this proof of damages and boxes,then we will not replace the item. NOTE: We cannot send a replacement out for certain items due to the feature of products,for example,5 PCs white cylinders ,3 PCs clear round/Squar cylinders and so on.Plz check with our customer services for more details.

Q: What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

1. If you receive the wrong products you must contact us within 5 days.We will replace the incorrect product at no charge to you. 2. Please return the incorrect item within 3 days after receiving the return label. 3. Upon receiving we will inspect the product to ensure it’s in its original condition .We will send the correct product or refund you afterwards. Note:It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you purchased are returned in the original condition ,packaging and shipping configuration.If we find the products has been used, we will charge you 50% of the product value as a rental fee, and you need to pay round-trip shipping fee as well.
