My order hasn't been marked as dispatched, what should I do?

Although we try to post our order as soon as possible, due to our products being hand made and made to order we may need our full processing window to fulfill your order. The processing window is the time it will take us to make, package and then dispatch your item(s) and this time frame can be found on the item listing. Once dispatched, your order status will update to 'shipped' and you'll receive an email from Etsy with the estimated delivery window. If your full processing time frame has passed since ordering and your order has not been marked as 'shipped', please reach out to us via Etsy messages and we will look into this and update you.

Is there tracking info available for my order?

Larger orders including the 'blind date with a book' box, mugs and TBR jars all come with tracked postage. Other orders will be shipped using standard/economy shipping which does not include tracking, unless you have chosen to upgrade this at checkout. If your order includes tracking, the tracking number for you parcel will be attached to your order once the status is updated to 'shipped'. We only have access to the same tracking details that are shown on your order page, but if you think there may be an issue with your parcel we recommend reaching out to Royal Mail or asking us to reach out on your behalf.

Can I get a book recommendation for the 'blind date with a book'?

Yes! Our co-founder Ems works as a bookseller in a popular bookstore, and has a lot of book knowledge which allows her to select the titles for our boxes, and write clues for each. If you'd like a recommendation from our book selection, please reach out to us via Etsy messages or social media and Ems will be more then happy to help!

Can I find out the titles of the books available for 'blind date with a book'?

If you'd like to check that you haven't read a book before you order, please reach out to us and let us know which book number you are interested in. We will be happy to provide the title of a book or two. As not to retract from the spirit of 'blind date with a book', we are unable to give out full book lists and authors.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

If your order has not arrived and the estimated delivery window has passed, please reach out to us and let us know. The most common reason for this is a service delay with Royal Mail and often the item will arrive within a few days, but we will do our best to look into the issue for you.

Our alternative to the traditional bookmark, this beautiful velvet ribbon and charm bookmark would make a lovely gift for yourself or any book lover!

These are handmade using 7mm velvet ribbon, with a small cosy house charm at the end. Each bookmark is presented on a backing card and placed inside a protective cover.

You can choose either a pink or forest green ribbon for your bookmark.

We also have other charm bookmarks available in our store.

Bookmarks measure approx 20cm in length.
