Despite my honest review below, I will rate the customer service from this seller as excellent. I am really disappointed in the quality of the compass pendant necklace. After wearing it for a couple of days, the pendant became discolored and black. I wear a lot of silver jewelry, so I got my jewelry cleaner and tried to polish it up. It didn’t work, and the only time I’ve had this happen was when stainless steel was substituted for silver. I don’t know, but this is not t quality of material or craftsmanship I expected for $30. Also, I went to lit the necklace on this morning and the pendant broke off. I have reached out to customer service and I’ll update if/when they respond.

Very pretty, looks like great quality. I had a problem with the delivery as the parcel got lost in the mail but the seller helped me very quickly. Looking forward to gifting it as I'm sure they'll love it
