When do I receive my printable once I've made a payment?

If you purchased a "Instant Download" file, you will automatically receive your file once your payment has been cleared. You will be able to download your file to your computer & take it to your print shop as soon as payment has cleared.

How long does my order take if its a custom order?

I start working on custom orders as soon as I can, and it usually takes between 1-3 business days to complete. I work with you until the project is 100% perfect via email. I usually like to get custom orders back to the customer the same day.

I don't see a size that I am looking for, can I order different sizes without a extra charge?

YES! Just let me know what specific size you are looking for and i will work with you to complete your order.

I don't see the color I want, can you make something in a diff color?

YES! I can custom make any color you would like. I already have a sample color page in all the listings with the available colors. You can also ask for any custom color you would like, just let me know the color preference in the "add notes to seller" at time of purchase.

What is the best paper to print on?

For colorful listings with lots of rich tones - Glossy paper. For black & white artwork - Matte paper. If you print at local shop, ask for their recommendation.

How do I print my order?

There are 3 ways to print: 1. Print your PDF file from your home or office printer. (Larger listings recommended at printing locations). 2. Upload your JPG files online to Shutterfly.com and Mpix.com 3. Email your files to a local print shop like Staples or Fedex Kinkos etc.

I would like to have something custom made. How do I go about that?

I love working on custom orders! Simply click on the "Request Custom Item" and let me know what you would like. I email you the finished product to the email associated with your ETSY account once it's complete. Simple and easy!

What about Russian/Ukrainian listings? What are my options?

I can make listings in Russian/Ukrainian lettering. I am limited to font types, but have a few different options. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask!
