Are you able to do bulk orders? What if I need to send to multiple addresses?

Yes, we do bulk orders! We love to help companies, nonprofits, and other organizations with team building kits or event/party favors, and we are able to ship to individual addresses. Please reach out via Etsy Messages ("Contact Sarah"/"Contact Seller") and provide some helpful details (such as your "deliver by" date, any custom logos or colors requested, etc.) - we can work together to create a custom listing that fits your theme and budget, whether you need 10 or 1,000+ boxes. If you don't see an existing product available in our shop but you'd like to partner with us for your event because you trust our quality and customer service - please reach out as well to discuss and we'll see what we can do!

Do you donate to individuals or causes?

As a small business, we have to be very selective about where we allocate resources, and currently, we’re not in a position to accommodate donation requests. Unfortunately there are a lot of scams targeting Etsy sellers these days, so we have to be careful about stewarding our resources responsibly. We do donate items to local charities and individuals in need, but only in-person and on a case by case basis. If you'd like to see some of the work we do for nonprofits and our community, be sure to follow our social media pages.

What happens if I accidentally enter the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. I am not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or delivered to a wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information entered by the buyer. Because each item is handcrafted to order, I do not offer refunds or replacements for items shipped to an incorrect address. If an order is returned by the postal service due to an incorrect address, I will contact the buyer via Etsy Messages. The buyer must respond and pay for reshipment within 30 days of being notified. If no response or payment is received within 30 days, the order item(s) will be considered forfeited and no longer eligible for reshipment.
