Time to make your order

All my items are made to order, please allow 1-2 days, (3-5 days in peek times) for any order to be made in addition to shipping times.

All my items are shipped using Royal Mail delivery. This is the default delivery option which is included for free on all UK orders (except gift boxes). International standard delivery on all overseas orders is also by Royal Mail at a small cost, standard delivery times are as follows for: - UK: 2-5 working days Canada and USA: 1-4 weeks Europe: 1-3 weeks Australia: 1-4 weeks Rest of the world: 1-4 weeks Please note that during peek times delivery can take longer due to the load on the postal services at this time, disruption caused by external issues within the postal system which are out of my control can add extra time also. If you would like to have your delivery expeditated I offer different delivery option available at check out.

What to do should your order not arrive

Should your item not have arrived within the delivery times specified, please contact me and I will look into this urgently.

Return or exchange of jewellery or earrings

For health and hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns or exchanges of pierced earrings whether sealed or unsealed in their packaging unless faulty. Defective or damaged jewellery will be replaced. If for any reason you need to return an item to me, please note all postage costs must be covered by the buyer, where items are received in perfect condition. Original postage costs cannot be refunded.

Supplying your name and address

Please ensure that you supply your correct NAME and ADDRESS in FULL including house/flat number/house name and street name and also a complete post code/ZIP number. Failed deliveries due to an incorrect name/address or only partially complete is the buyer's responsibility.

Lost and damaged items

I always replace lost or damaged items in transit, if your item has been damaged please message me and supply a photo of the damaged item and I will replace it for you.

CARE FOR YOUR JEWELLERY
• To keep your jewellery at its best only wear your jewellery after you have applied make-up, perfume, hairspray etc

Sterling silver in particular can tarnish over time, this is a natural process of being exposed to air, to slow down this process I recommend storing your jewellery somewhere cool and dry when not being worn, a jewellery box or an air-tight container is ideal.

I also recommend gently washing your sterling silver in warm water after you have worn your piece to remove any natural oils/chemicals to prevent your jewellery from tarnishing more quickly.
