What should be taken into consideration before applying the wall decal?

Before applying our wall decals, it's important to consider that the wall should be dry, well-lit, smooth, clean, and free from dust. Wall decals should not be applied to surfaces with dust. You don't need expert help to apply the wall decal. Applying stickers is easy with our transfer paper.

Please make sure the address is correct when you place an order and please provide your phone number in the order note.If the courier will have a problem with the delivery, the parcel might be sent back to me . As a seller, I bear no responsibility for a wrongly addressed package [because of a wrong address entered by the customer]. Please, make sure if the address provided while placing the order is correct.

How decals are shipped?

Decals will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube. A applications manuel will be added as well.

Do you accept custom & personalized orders?

Yes I do :) Please contact me for more details. Size, color, name etc. any change is possible.

If you decide to return the product for some reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipment is damaged what should I do?

If the shipment is damaged: - Draw up a shipping damage report with the courier - Immediately notify us of this issue - Describe the issue and send photographs of damaged packaging and product . We contact the cargo company and we will return your payment or send the product again to you.
