What happens if tracking on my order says delivered, but I haven't received it?

Items are shipped via USPS shipping label purchased through etsy and automatically populate the address you provided at checkout. While we will gladly open a dispute ticket with the USPS should your package get lost during shipping, once marked delivered, it will be the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the USPS for a lost or stolen package. Refunds will not be issued, or replacements resent at no charge for items marked as delivered.

What happens if my item is damaged when it arrives?

We do take great care to package all items well so that they will arrive in perfect condition. However, we have no control on how packages are actually handled during the shipping process. If for any reason, your item is damaged during shipping, please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to work with you to correct the situation, provided a replacement or refund or guide you in filing a claim with the USPS on a case by case basis.

How do we contact you with an issue?

WE DO NOT CHECK EMAILS REGULARLY! Per Etsy guidelines for both sellers and buyers, please contact us through Etsy messages.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed for shipping from 4PM-9PM M-F, and throughout weekends. Once your order has been processed, tracking will be added and your order will be shipped the following business morning. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that the estimated arrival time shown in listings is determined by Etsy. While we can control when orders are shipped, we have no control over the actual shipping process, delays or the ESTIMATED date listed by Etsy.

Can I cancel an order?

We do accept cancellations up until your order has been processed and tracking has been created, at which point it is turned over to our postal service. We do not accept cancellations on custom orders.
