A few years ago I found this Beautiful old silver Berber pendant in the form of a cross in North Africa. It had such a gorgeous patina with lots of lovely wear, age and history.

I decided it needed a necklace to go with it as it looked a little lost on a chain so I designed and made a bead necklace to compliment it.

I hope you like the design. It is a One of a kind!

I added a small chain so the length is adjustable.

The pendant is in pretty good Shape but does have signs of wear and age which is a sign of authenticity and gives it a wonderful character. There are little indents at the back, scuffs and the one red jewel is slightly different to the other and sits slightly lower in its setting but this is a very old piece and has been on a journey. To me looks 19th century or early 20th century?

I used vintage Tuareg beads and beads I purchased in West Africa many years ago.

The pendant is an Ancient silver berber cross (boghdad) from Morocco . It is an Antique berber jewelry pendant.

size is approximately 21 inches + small chain.
cross is approx. 2.5 inches long.
