Custom and personalized orders

If you would like to add a name/monogram or nickname to a towel, there is a $1.50 fee for 1 name. The listing can be found in the 'special deals tab". This fee is not for the listings that already offer personalization.

The hand towels offered are approximately 16"x 26" in size. The bath towels are approximately 54" x 30". All of the towels offered are 100% terry cotton.

Return/exchange policy

I do not offer returns or exchanges on the items in my shop since they are all made to order and custom, and embroidery stitching is permanent. However, I of course will replace any items if there is ever a mistake by me in regards to color choices or a misspelling, etc and there will be no need to send the original back.

Can you request a custom quote or saying?

Yes, you can. I will be glad to create designs with a custom saying, and welcome all ideas you might have. Please message me to receive a custom listing and a preview of the requested saying/quote.

Can you add logos to towels?

Yes, I can do most logos. You will need to message me a photo of the logo so I can make sure it is suitable for embroidery. There is a one time fee of $7 to have the logo digitized into an embroidery file that the machines can read. I save all logos that I use for orders, so I will always have it on hand if you would like to order more towels, and there will be no additional fee thereafter.

How is pricing set for each towel?

You will notice that the pricing varies with the sweat towels. Pricing is based on the amount of stitches in each design. The higher the stitch count, the more time it takes to stitch out the design. The designs with lower stitch counts have a lower price than the higher stitch count designs.

Towels ship within 5-7 business days. If you need your items by a certain date, please let me know.

Make sure to include the name and team number for each towel you are ordering.
