All decals and stickers are waterproof. Do not dishwash. Hand wash only. Vinyl design coffee mugs MUST be hand washed gently. Do not place in dishwasher, We are not responsible if the item is damaged by being washed improperly.

Due to different computer monitors/calibrations colors may vary slightly from the picture or color chart

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We do offer gift wrapping for an additional $3

We are not responsible for items being delayed in transit. We do not offer refunds or guarantees on shipping delays. Delivery dates stated by Etsy are just estimates. We will work our hardest to get your items to you in a timely and fast matter. Once an item is in the hands of the shipping carrier the speed is out of our control. We understand how frustrating delays are and are happy to assist you in contacting the carrier. All items ship with in 24 hours of the label being printed.

We will offer an exchange or refund for any damaged items. We must have photographic proof of damaged items. We are not responsible for items damaged by the customer themselves. Example being placing a decal or sticker incorrectly, not following proper care instructions of drink ware or apparel.
