Please be aware that Etsy is giving shoppers "MARK AS GIFT" option at checkout. This ONLY means no invoice will be included in your package. It does not mean it will be gift wrapped. It does NOT mean you are not responsible for VAT and other import taxes if you are outside the US. By the laws of your country, you are still responsible to pay these. I, or Etsy, cannot illegally mark an item as "gift" to help you avoid these taxes. Also, for international orders, the price of the item and description are on the package itself on the shipping label. Due to import/export laws, we do not have a choice in that. Your recipient will see that value on the package. Very sorry for any confusion Etsy's choice of wording may have caused.

SHIPPING: Please be advised, buyers must have a secure delivery point. Shipping insurance carriers will not grant claims for packages missing or stolen upon completed delivery. Once USPS makes a final delivery scan, SuburbanTreasure is not responsible for items missing from the delivery location. No refunds or reimbursement are granted. The buyer will be responsible for filing a missing package claim with their local post office and/or reporting the theft report with their local police department.
Do to box sizes and postal regulations, once an item is securely wrapped and boxed, FEDEX Home Delivery (with full insurance for buyer protection) may be utilized for delivery at the discretion of the seller.

Returns granted if item is proven to be significantly not as described in the photos and listing. Please see all photos. In no case will any refund be granted for an unauthorized return that is sent back by the buyer without any prior agreement regarding such item.

Please note that orders returned to me unauthorized, unopened or "return to sender" will not be refunded in any way. This is an unauthorized return or a rejected package and does not constitute a refund.
