Hand wash cold/machine wash delicate with like colors, hang dry, do not bleach. We do not recommend to iron our linen pieces as they have beautiful natural creases, however if you must, iron or steam with a low heat.

BUST
Wrap a soft tape measure around your bust. It should wrap around the fullest part of your bust. The tape should be straight and parallel with the floor.
WAIST
Wrap the tape measure around your natural waist. Keep it parallel to the floor. Do not hold your breath or suck your stomach in. Hold your body erect in a comfortable standing position to get an accurate measurement. Be sure you don't draw it too tight.
HIPS
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. This is usually located 7 to 9 inches below your natural waist. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.

We do accept returns and exchanges for prefabricated or not custom made items only. You need to contact us within 14 days of delivery and return within 14 days of delivery in original condition/packaging.
A refund, minus the shop's original shipping cost incurred, will be issued once we receive returned items back in original condition/packaging. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

For custom made items or items produced according to customers measurements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with the order, such as it being not as described or defective. In such cases, we kindly ask customers to contact the shop owner promptly, and we will work diligently to find a satisfactory solution.

As we begin production on orders shortly after they are placed, we can only accept cancellations within 4 hours of order placement. Once this timeframe has elapsed, the production process has typically commenced, and cancellation becomes impractical. If you encounter any issues or have concerns about your order, please reach out to the shop owner as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
