Do you have any physical products?

I am only selling digital products at the moment, so no physical product will be shipped to you.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of these being digital product, it is not eligible for refunds. All sales are final.

Do you do custom designs?

I am always open to doing custom designs! Message me and we can see what we can create together!

I can't download my digital product on the Etsy app!

Unfortunately you won't be able to download files on the Etsy app :( You'll need to go to Etsy.com on your phone/tablet/computer web browser (Safari, Chrome etc.) and then: 1. Login to Etsy.com 2. Go to Your profile (top right) 3. Click on ‘Purchases’ from drop down menu 4. You’ll be able to see your purchase there for download.
