Item arrived after some trials. After the package shipped, the tracking said the post office was still awaiting the item after a week. I got an answer from the maker right away to my inquiry about this and was assured a replacement would be mailed. I received my charm and it’s even cuter in person! I am not docking stars for this shipping debacle because it’s entirely on the part of the post office.
