Our warranty terms include a 100-day protection against manufacturing defects for all sterling silver items and a one-year warranty for all solid gold and platinum items. Please note that the warranty is limited to the discretion of Aquamarise, and any alterations performed by a jeweler other than Aquamarise® will automatically void the warranty.

It's important to understand that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from abuse, misuse, loss, or theft.

►Sterling silver/Vermeil/Tungsten pieces:
We offer a hassle-free return policy for our jewelry. If you find yourself dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of $4.50 will be deducted from your refund. We cannot accept returns for items that have been mishandled, lost, heavily worn, or damaged due to user error.
►Solid gold/Platinum:
Our solid gold jewelry is meticulously crafted as custom-made orders. Due to the personalized nature of these pieces, all custom or personalized orders are considered final and non-returnable, except in cases where an error has occurred on our part.

►Aquamarise ® is online only so you can shop 24/7! However, we do hold regular business hours for shipping and customer service. We are closed on all major U.S. federal holidays. If you are trying to reach us outside our regular business hours or during a holiday, please know we will respond to your inquiry when we return during the business hours below.

We include a complimentary GIA appraisal with all engagement rings, wedding rings, and all pendants and earrings over $1,500 USD. For other items, insurance appraisals are available at additional cost.
