Gerbera Bookmark Tatting tutorial with diagram and written instructions plus video

This Gerbera Bookmark pattern is only a digital tutorial with diagrams, video and written instructions, it is not a finished product.
The pattern is designed for intermediate or higher level, if you are a beginner, please go to my store and select patterns for basic level.

Gerbera bookmark consists of the following tatting techniques:
1) rings (Very big rings)
2) chains
3) split rings
4) lock joins
5) SCMRs

It looks very elegant and classy, but the big rings are the most difficult part in this design, be patient and work with them slowly and shape them well to obtain the nice round shape.

Materials for this pattern:
1) thread (size 40, 60 or 100 are all ok)
2) 2 shuttles for the stem, and 1 shuttle for the two layered petals
3) 1 crochet hook for joining the picots

NOTE FOR DOWNLOADING THE PDF:
I’ve received quite a lot of messages asking how to download the PDF after purchasing.
1) no matter you are purchasing from ETSY through your mobile or computer, once you are done for the payment, ETSY will send you an email for the purchase receipt and download link directly. Please note that they will only send to the email that you registered in Etsy.

3) Just simply click the “DOWNLOAD” button on your purchased list in ETSY account.
4) Open your downloaded file in your device, and print it ! That’s it.
It’s very easy to do all these steps if you are using laptop/tablet/computer.
