WHICH GAUGE SHOULD I USE?

Piercing holes are often made using 110/120-micron needles. 16 gauge is the ideal thickness to prevent your piercing from wobbling in the cartilage.

14 Karat Gold is the strongest gold composition. Pure gold is a very soft metal and is alloyed with different metals to ensure it doesn't deform, bend, or become prone to bumps and impacts. Although 22 and 18 Karat gold alloys contain more gold, they are softer than 14 Karat Gold and more susceptible to impacts.

In settings lower than 14 Karat (such as 9, 10, 11, 12 Karat), the gold content in the alloy is lower than other metals, making it non-hypoallergenic, more prone to oxidation, and tarnishing.

HOW TO CARE FOR 14 KARAT GOLD JEWELRY?

You can restore your product to its former shine and cleanliness by soaking it in a mixture of a small amount of clean drinking water and mild soap for 10 minutes.
