Can I get a refund for a digital file?

Sorry, digital items can’t be returned or refunded (imagine trying to un-send an email — it’s a bit like magic, but the wrong kind).

What file formats do you provide?

Most designs come in SVG, DXF, AI, and PDF formats. If you need something else, just ask — my design software is pretty friendly!

What material thickness are these files for?

Thickness is always mentioned in the product description and usually on the preview images too. Please double-check your material before cutting — even plywood likes surprises sometimes.

Can I sell finished products made from your files?

Yes, you can sell physical items made from my designs (craft shows, Etsy, etc.) — but please don’t resell or share the digital files themselves.

Where do I find my files after purchase?

Etsy sends a download link to your email, or you can always find your files in your Etsy “Purchases” section. If all else fails, I’m happy to email the files directly.

Three details for the container are included in the files.
I recommend that you cut your own slot head as opposed to purchasing the plastic ones. It will not only save you money by using up your scrap material but will also avoid any accidents, as some fragrance oils have been known to melt the plastic heads. I recommend using a sealer on your cut wood slot heads before assembling. This will avoid any staining and keep oils from absorbing into the wood and altering the original scent profile.

You can use any material of any thickness.

Freshener diameter - 45mm / 1.8 inches.
You can increase the size of the freshener, but we do not recommend reducing it.
