Spice Theory Coffee was inspired by the Joyner’s travels to Europe, primarily France and Italy where coffee has its own lifestyle. They were determined to bring the smooth, rich, and bold flavors of some of the best sourced beans in the world back home. The goal to generate a coffee to highlight the natural bean by taking the time, care, and research into each batch and blend of coffee.
Coffee has many benefits when we remove all the additives, so the goal was to make a coffee that could be enjoyed black, by someone who normally adds creams/sugars to every cup. Spice Theory Coffee beans represent the top 2% of coffee grown across the globe! Including blends roasted in small batches from the top growing regions: Africa, Southeast Asia, Central and South America.
