THANK YOU.

If you want to experiment and increase the techniques in your doll making arsenal, this doll pattern will teach you a little bit more about doll construction. From building a doll head with a wired neck, covering doll heads when they are attached to the torso, needle felting and sculpting small doll heads, stuffing petite bodies and a few body sculpting techniques.

With this pattern you will create a 12" tall Waldorf-inspired art doll, with needle felted sculpted face, stuffed with wool, and also create a beautiful wig using wefts.

I created this pattern for teaching my doll making workshops in 2019, and having taught it many times and seeing beautiful dolls come out from it, I am now sharing it with you all so you too can make your own little Tuppence.

The pattern requires the following materials, BUT THESE MATERIALS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THIS LISTING, they are stated here only as reference of what you need to buy elsewhere in order to create the doll:

1. Doll skin interlock or jersey.
2. 16 gauge Aluminum wire.
3. Wool batting.
4. Strong craft thread, sewing thread, embroidery thread.
5. Wool yarn or mohair yarn to make the wig in crochet + matching weft.
6. Block of red beeswax to blush your doll.

As for tools, you will use the following:
Thick metal knitting needle, wool wand or wooden dowel (for stuffing), hemostats (to turn pieces right side out and help stuffing little parts), felting needles (gauge 36) and a holding tool; wire snips and pliers; scissors, sewing machine and needles (Universal 70/10 or ballpoint), long and strong doll making needles, wide eye blunt needle, soft lead pencil or disappearing fabric marker, embroidery needles, hand-sewing needles, crochet hook 2.75 mm, four knitting stitch markers, pins, measuring tape and a sewing machine with a sturdy straight stitch.

This pattern is designed for an INTERMEDIATE crafter/dollmaker. It consists of 100 pages, with many step-by-step photos and the pattern pieces to make the doll.

THIS PATTERN IS PROVIDED FOR PRIVATE ENJOYMENT AND NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE.
PLEASE DO NOT SELL ANY DOLLS MADE WITH THIS PATTERN, OR DOLLS MADE WITH MODIFICATIONS TO THIS PATTERN.

The best natural fiber doll artist I’ve ever experienced. Beautiful patterns, this is my 3rd or 4th pattern I’ve purchased over the years and there are amazing.
