We always try as best as we can to ship your item in a suitable and pleasing packaging.

If you need something more specific as for gift wrapping, please let us know before the purchase of your item or leave us a note at the time of

We will always do the best we can to give the exact measurements (already doubled where needed) of all items in inches and centimeters and take in account the measurements indicated in clothes size comparison charts universally known for more accuracy. However, despite all our efforts for accuracy, there could always be some differences due to many other factors.

Clothing and shoe sizes may vary from country to country, so always measure you own shoes and clothes to be sure of the fitting. If not, send us your measurements for advice.

It is suitable to take your own measuring with a measuring tape while wearing only your undergarment, bra or well-fitting clothes, so that your measurements are as accurate as possible.

Presently, I have no options for custom and personalized orders. Thanks for your understanding.

We usually ship domestic and international orders through Canada post shipping system which ships packages Monday to Friday and is usually closed on legal holidays.
Shipping rates are based on weight, dimensions, and country regional codes.

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days once payment has cleared (excluding weekends and holidays), and the first business day being the one after the day the order was placed.

Our regular shipping option always comes with a tracking number which allows you to track your order during its transit. Shipping Upgrades are also available for faster shipping methods.

We do not accept returns, any issue will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, as we ensure to give all the accurate information about items fitting and measurements.

You have 3 days upon item reception to contact us and seven days to ship it back in its initial packaging without ANY further damages and in its original condition. You will have to provide us with pictures of the item in its initial packaging to ensure that it is in its original condition . The return shipment fees will be ensured by the customer .

We will provide our help for the search of the items and for the claiming process with the carriers used in our end to ship your items . We also need you cooperation with research on your end with your local shipping company.

All our items are described as most accurately and honestly as possible. We always do our best to point out all the defect and flaws on each of them. However, it may happen that some little flaws go unnoticed but please do keep in mind that all those items are vintage items which means items that have already been used (gently used) and pre-loved and therefore may have some natural wear. Some of them even if they were not used have aged naturally as they have been stored for years.

We do clean, dry clean, wash and mend all of our items. Otherwise, it will always be notified. We provide three categories for our items:

1) Excellent: the item is in excellent vintage condition as new with NO flaws.

2) Very Good: the item is in very good vintage condition but with minor flaws.

3) Good: the item is in overall good vintage condition with apparent wear or flaws.
